Cancellation Policy

Please note that cancellations made up to 72 hours before a scheduled appointment or service via email will be processed without a penalty. Cancellations made 72 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of half of the service/proposal rate.

Refund Policy

A refund will be issued in case of technical error such as double charging. The refund will be issued through the Original Mode of Payment or via Bank Transfer or Check where it is not possible to refund via the original mode of payment. Any consultant fee, success fee, referral fee, once earned is not refundable.

Any refund request should be made in written email / letter form stating the exact reason of Refund claim which will immediately lead to suspension or termination of services. Within thirty (30) days, our firm will send a written response either denying the request, requesting more information, or granting the request. The decision as to the response remains completely within the discretion of the Transformational Consulting Group Limited.
