Meet Our CEO
Dr. Siobhan Lloyd, Ed.D
CEO / FOUNDER
Dr. Siobhan Lloyd is an experienced Human Resources executive having served in this arena for more than two decades. Siobhan holds a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership and Human Resources Development from Barry University.
Siobhan served for many years as the Head of Human Resources for CIBC FirstCaribbean International Bank and currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources and Learning at Family Guardian Insurance Company.
In 2015, Siobhan founded the Transformational Consulting Group which is a registered company that focuses on HR consulting, organizational leadership development, and building high performance cultures.
